We headed off to Liverpool to photograph Mogwai for the second time in 2 days having photographed the Glasgow post-rock outfit in Rotherham the day before. Mogwai were headlining Liverpool Music Week, taking place across many venues throughout the city.

Jake Bugg performed at the Liverpool Echo Arena to a packed house. The huge arena can hold 11,000 guests and it was close to being full. Support on the night came from Irish band Hudson Taylor. Simon headed over to Liverpool to photograph Jake for a second time (the first occasion was in Manchester at The Ritz).
