Wedding Photography: Peckforton Castle | Alex and Jon

Simon J. Newbury Photography had the very great pleasure of photographing the wedding of Alex and Jon in the beautiful surroundings of Peckforton Castle in Cheshire. Peckforton Castle is such a stunning venue, both indoors and out with no end of lovely backdrops for the wedding photos. Tina concentrated on the Bridal preparations ahead of the ceremony while Simon photographed the Great Hall laid out ahead of the ceremony and the establishing shots for the wedding album that we will be producing. Simon also did the Groomsmen photos including the two Best Men – aged just 4 and 6!

After the wonderful ceremony we got some reportage photos of the guests enjoying their reception drinks on the lawn and in the Coach House.

Obviously we photograph the entire day for our Bride and Groom and once the wedding breakfast was completed it was time for the speeches. We stayed beyond the first dance and got some lovely photos of Peckforton Castle as the sun went down.
